The Northstar Residents Association is professionally managed by CA Management Services Ltd.  CA Management Services is comprised of a team of qualified professionals who provide a broad spectrum of management services to community associations.

Our Story

Over 35 years of effective management experience:

Chairman, Bob Davies has been involved in Property Management for over 35 years founding Equity Capital and Condominium First in 1974. CA Management was established over 5 years ago to meet the growing demand for community association management. Since inception, it has remained family owned and operated; a company of pride; a company of ethics, leadership and excellence.

Year after year, we have acted on our commitment to continually improve practices to ensure excellence in service. Embracing innovation, investing in personal development and staying true to the principals on which we were founded, CA Management Services leads the way.

Property Management

Professional and timely maintenance of the common or managed property is extremely important to all owners. Our people understand this and are diligent in working hard to ensure that maintenance of the common or managed property meets the expectations of the Owners within the constraints of your budget.

Only experienced sub-trades and suppliers are included on our approved trade list. This ensures we obtain bids to perform services or supply goods, exclusively from companies who we know are competitive, have a successful track record, are properly insured, and are fully paid up with Workers Compensation.

Administrative Management

Our Community Manager attends your Board of Directors. Communication between meetings is important and we keep your Board informed of our activities at all times.

We communicate with owners, in writing, regarding notices or By-Law violations, as required. Owner’s calls to their Community manager are always welcome.

Financial Management and Reporting

We provide and manage the following services: banking, pre-authorized payments, financial reporting, fidelity bonding, reserve fund investments, fee collection, budgets, insurance and insurance claims.
