Attention Northstar Residents Association Member:
You may have received an automatic email message this morning indicating that your membership is up for renewal and you were given the option to contact the NSRA if you were not interested in renewing. Unfortunately, this message was sent in error and does not accurately reflect the policies and procedures in place, in regards to fee collection for the Northstar Residents Association.
As you know, all property owners included in the Northstar Residents Association (NSRA) have attached to their land or property titles a legally binding agreement referred to as an encumbrance whereby the property owner is required to pay a yearly fee to the NSRA for sustainment and improvement of the NSRA assets.

We would also like to invite you our Open House on Wednesday, April 3 from 6:30PM – 8:30PM, where you can meet our Board of Directors and Management staff and address any questions or concerns you may have about the NSRA fee.
