Homeowners have been imported into our new registration and payment system called Ivrnet Central, however a functioning email address is required for you to log in. You do have the ability to pay your encumbrance fees through Ivrnet Central without having logged in before and that is by using your Invoice ID and Access Code from the encumbrance fee invoice you received in the mail. The payment portal will ask you to update your email address and password.
To log into Ivrnet Central, click https://central.ivrnet.com/sign_in?organization_name=northstar and you'll get to the Sign in page.
Enter your email and password. If you forget your password, you can request a password reset by clicking Forgot password. You can then enter your email for the system to send a password reset.
An email will be sent to your inbox with instructions on how to set your password. After you have followed the password reset instructions you can return to the login page to access the system. Please proceed to the Family Setup instructions below.
If your email address is not found please contact us so we can link your email address to your account. Do NOT create a new account.
Once you have logged in successfully, you will be prompted to setup your family. Your family members may already be setup for you, but if not, then follow the instructions below if you need to add additional family members.
If you are a new user, begin adding family members by clicking on the Create Family Member:
Enter the family member’s details and indicate the relationship (ex. Child). Click Add to Family when done.
Repeat as necessary for all family members.
