Online Registration:

If you have not previously set up an online account, please see our Step by Step Guide to Registering Online to help guide you through the process.

In Person Registration:

To register in person, please visit us at 88 Panamount Hill NW and our staff will be happy to assist you. Please note that we can accept credit card, cheque or debit for in person payment. 


Registration Policy:

Non-Resident Registration:

As per the policy of the NSRA, all residents may register a non-resident to join them, as a guest, in a program at an increased, non-resident rate.

To register as a Non-Resident, we require the active resident to come in person to the Panorama Hills Community Centre to register their guest. If you are adding someone to your family profile and indicating they are a roommate or family member, NSRA staff may ask for proof of residency at any time and may cancel any registration if proof of residency is not provided.

Due to high demand, non-residents are not eligible to be registered for the NSRA Play School program. 

Age Restrictions:

For any program that has an age restriction, the participant MUST meet the stated age restriction prior to the start date of the program. Parents, please ensure you enter your child’s correct date of birth when creating your family profile. Staff may ask for proof of age of any child registered in a program. If it is discovered that a child is registered in a program with an incorrect age, the child will be removed from the program without refund. 

Program Cancellation Policy:

All programs are subject to cancellation if there is insufficient registration. 

Should a program be cancelled due to insufficient registration, you will be notified a minimum of one business day prior to the commencement of the program. 

When a program is cancelled due to insufficient registration, the following options are available to you: 

  • Transfer the participant to another program, subject to availability.
  • Receive a credit on your account to be used at a future time.
  • Receive a refund in the same manner the registration fee was paid (Debit, Credit, Cheque) 

Withdrawals:

All withdrawal requests must be made  in writing to the Programs & Community Relations Coordinator at programs@mypanoramahills.com

For any program that has not started, a $10 administration fee is charged per program, per participant, and the remaining balance is refunded or remains as a credit on the account. As we rely on registration numbers to determine if a program will run, withdrawals may not be made less than 7 business days prior to the start of the class unless a doctor’s note is provided.

Once a program has started, any withdrawal requests must be accompanied by a doctor’s note. 

There will be a $10 administration fee and the refund amount will be prorated. The remaining amount may be refunded or left as a credit on the account. 

Absolutely no refunds will be issued for any program that is underway if a doctor’s note is not provided.

Late Registrations:

We do allow late registration, however, only if a single class has passed. If you have missed more than one class, unfortunately we will not be able to register for you for the current session. We do not prorate programs for late registration.
