The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Zumba® Fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavour and international zest into the mix and you've got a Zumba® class!

Gentle Yoga 

This class is geared towards beginner practitioners, the gentle yoga flow class introduces students to basic asanas (postures) and connects them through breath, alignment, and mindfulness. This class moves at a slower pace – allowing time to connect with and absorb each pose. Many options will be given throughout the class to suit all levels. Pranayama (breathing) and meditation techniques will also be introduced. This class will promote stress relief, relaxation and overall wellbeing.

Power Pilates

Christine's Power Pilates contours and strengthens core muscles. This elaborated mat Pilates uses weights, balls, and elastic bands to target and shape specific muscles, such as the transverse, our innermost flat ab, as well as those around the spine, which leads to greater toning, postural alignment, balance, and centeredness. This low-impact cardio, orthopedically-pleasing, full body workout improves muscle memory, decreases back pain, and sculpts bodies into works of art! Join Christine as she helps you to mold and shape your body to its optimal form. *Weights, balls and elastic bands will be provided. 

Cardio Kickboxing         

Get fit with this fun, heart-pumping 1 hour cardio kickboxing class! Natalie will bring you through a series of aerobic kickboxing-inspired moves sure to keep you on your toes, from beginner to intermediate levels. Top it off with some conditioning (you may want to bring a mat) and this class is sure to get you into shape. You’ll work your legs, glutes, core, chest and shoulders for an awesome full-body cardio workout. You’ll leave feeling like a champion! 

Barre Full Body Workout

Barre class is a combination of Pilates, yoga, weight resistance and Ballet barre foundation. You will be working your entire body while targeting and toning specific muscles that you didn’t know existed! You will burn fat, sculpt and tone glutes, inner and outer thighs, and work your core in every single class. This is accomplished through isometric movements that work the muscle to fatigue and then stretching the muscles to lengthen it. The benefits of Barre conditioning are numerous: you will quickly achieve lean and long muscles, toned thighs, a lifted derriere, strong abs, increase your flexibility and enhance or correct your posture over practice. After three weeks of Barre focused workouts you will see results. There is no dance experience is required. Just bring your mat, small weights (2 or 3 pounds), towel and be ready for a complete body transformation.


Seiyu Karate (6yrs and Up; suitable for families)

Sensei Michi has been training in Karate for 18 years, and is an experienced international competitor. He is also a past Canadian Kumite (Fighting) Champion and a National Team member, representing Canada twice, at the World Karate Championship.  He has instructed a wide range of age groups, from children to adults, at varying levels, including beginners and top international competitors in Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, and Japan. Sensei Michi is also a father of fiver and a pilot with WestJet.

In this Seiyu Karate Class, you will learn the key elements of this demanding art, including balance, stretching, coordination, unity, self-confidence, respect and discipline. You will learn essential self-defence techniques such and blocking and attacking, kata (forms), and kumite (sparring) while practicing with others at your own level and at your own pace. It is suitable for people of all ages who are looking for a demanding workout while learning martial arts and self-defence skills. No Class on Monday, February 18, due to the Family Day Weekend. 

Naacho: Bolly Fitness

Inspired by Bollywood dances, Naacho is a fitness class like no other. This class involves simple Bollywood choreography and is a fun way to get a great cardio workout. All levels of dance and fitness are welcome and no previous dance experience is required.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative is a therapeutic and healing yoga practice of the body and mind. With long holds of restorative asanas without physical effort, as muscles are supported by the props provided. Ideal practice for students recovering from injury or illness. And an ideal balance to hectic and stressful modern lifestyles. Aromatherapy and healing sound will be a substantial part of this therapy.

Fitness for Moms

Come spend an hour with some other like minded women while we get moving, have some laughs and learn how to use your body weight and simple (and cheap) equipment to get effective results. No class Monday, November 11.

You'll need to bring a yoga mat, a set of light weights (3-8lbs) and/ or a Resistance tube if you have. Wear comfortable clothing for the weather and closed toe shoes. Children are welcome but not required.
