About The Event
Do you ever find yourself wondering where the afternoon just went? The concept of time is closely linked to mindful awareness. Everyone has the same number of hours in a day, yet some manage to be significantly more productive than others. Join Sarah Webb, for a mindfulness session to learn how mindfulness can reframe your concept of time, and allow for being fully present and showing up for your life. The brain can be trained for stronger engagement in day to day tasks, and the ability to relate better to your team. The act of being fully present takes practice, and all participants will leave with a list of ideas to implement and feel more engaged in the day to day moments of your life. Managing our concept of time allows us to better create a life we feel excited about, and joy stems from being completely aware and present in the moment.
Presence also helps us to bounce back and better respond to difficult moments in life. The ultimate goal is Responding not Reacting. Breathing techniques proven to help reduce stress and burnout will be taught and practiced at the end of the session.
