Fall Letter From the NSRA
We hope that you all are staying safe and have enjoyed your summer, even if it has looked a little different. It was wonderful seeing you all here when we reopened in July.
During our closure, we were hard at work ensuring that your community and the community centre looked it's best and we are very excited about the results.
We have completed the Multi-Sport Court, which has seen a lot of use, added an outdoor washroom and outdoor showers, completed the addition of 2 gazebos, and new picnic sites. Offsite, we added several new seasonal planters throughout the community and completed the painting of 3 community basketball courts. We have also taken over the maintenance of 27 DC (direct control) sites within the community. You can visit our updated maintenance map at www.mypanoramahills.com/nsra-maintenance-area to view what we maintain on each site. We also want to encourage you to contact us if you see a site that requires attention so that we may attend to it right away. You can email us at email@example.com with any maintenance concerns.
On September 22, we hosted our Annual General Meeting. It was great to see so much engagement about the things that matter to you. We also announced some of the results of our feasibility study in regards to community centre expansion. We are so excited about this project and cannot wait to engage with you further! Keep your eye out for feedback opportunities as we move forward.
Finally, we would like to thank you for your patience as we have worked through the unique challenges that COVID-19 has presented us with. As we continue to familiarize ourselves with this new normal, we are optimistic that we will find a rhythm that works best for all of our members and keeps everyone as safe as possible and we look forward to working with you to make that happen.
We hope you are able to join us for some fun and safe programs this Fall and come for a skate with us this Winter on our new rink. Remember to stay in touch by subscribing to our online newsletter.
From all of us at the NSRA, stay safe!
Your NSRA Team
