How to Login

Your membership status must be verified by Northstar Resident Association. Only members in good standing can access membership privileges. If you are unsure about your membership status, simply call 403-226-4386 or visit the Panorama Hills Community Centre between 9am and 9pm.

You should receive an email from "Northstar Residents Association Ltd <communication@perfectmind.com>" with the subject line "Your Password". This email will contain your username and password. You can change your password once you log into your account.

In the future, you only need to go to https://panoramahills.perfectmind.com/ OR click Log In from our homepage.

If you are experiencing any issues, please contact us via info@mypanoramahills.com or call 403-226-4386 or visit us any day of the week between 9am and 9pm. Remember that staff at Panorama Hills Community Centre will never ask for your password.

How to pay an invoice

NSRA HOA Fee Invoice is only accessible to the Property Owner who is the Primary Contact. 

 

First, visit https://panoramahills.perfectmind.com/ to log in with your email and password.

You should now see a list of names from people in your family. Click your name. Your profile should load up.

Look to the top right corner. If you have anything owing, the number will be in red. Click the button called "Invoices". Once the page loads up, look for the due invoice, it will be in Red. Select the checkbox on the invoice then click "Make Payment" which is a blue button above the list of invoices.

A payment method screen will pop up. You can only pay online via credit card. Please fill-in all the fields. The "Remember Credit Card" is completely optional. We do not charge credit cards on file. 

Click on the blue "Complete" button when done. You can print and/or email the receipt. To view past invoice receipts, go to Invoices. Look at the left side of the page for the "Invoice Status" option. Select it, then choose "Completed". You can select the invoice you want, then click the "Receipt" button that is above the list of invoices. Please note that invoices older than 2022 are not available online.

How to update profile information

After you log into the Panorama Hills PerfectMind portal, click "My Info" and you should be able to update some of your profile information. If you encounter any issues, just contact us.

Property Owners Only: You can view and edit your family members by selecting each name. To add new members, please contact us via info@mypanoramahills.com or call 403-226-4386 or visit us any day of the week between 9am and 9pm.

How to register for activities (programs/events/workshops)

After you log into the Panorama Hills PerfectMind portal, click "Activity Registration" then Activity Registration. If you know the exact program you are looking for, then you can search for it using the "keyword" field. If you wish to browse activities, select the linked activity.

Once you found the activity you like, click the blue "Book Now" button. Follow the instructions on the screen.

Only the PRIMARY CONTACT can view and sign up their family members into programs.

 

If you have any program registration questions, please contact us via programs@mypanoramahills.com or call 403-226-4386 between 9am to 4pm during the regular work week (ask for the programs coordinator).

How to do a rental/book the gazebo or Multi-Sport Court

After you log into the Panorama Hills PerfectMind portal, click "Rent a Facility". You can either choose indoor facilities, which covers our Main Hall and Lower Level, or choose outdoor facilities, which covers our free bookable Gazebo and Multi-Sport (tennis, volleyball, etc) Court.

For Outdoor Facilities, after selecting the preferred facility, enter number of people and select an available time slot then submit. The Multi-Sport Court is a maximum of 1 hour per household and must be booked day of. The Gazebo has a 3-hour booking and can be booked up to 90 days in advance.
