Spring Programs, Events & Rentals Cancelled Until June 30, 2020

As you know, the Panorama Hills Community Centre is currently closed to all face to face business in response to the mandate issued by the Province of Alberta on March 17, 2020. We are currently closed until further notice, pending additional information from all levels of government.
As a result of the closure and, with the health and safety of all of our members in mind, the Board of Directors has made the difficult decision to extend the cancellation of all programs, facility rentals and events up to and including June 30, 2020. Affected participants are being contacted regarding all cancellations. Full refunds will be issued in the form of a stored credit on the account that can be used toward future purchases at the Community Centre.

Easter Shell-ebration - April 11
Janes Walk - May 2
Mothers Day Flower Workshop - May 10
Community Garage Sale - May 30
Community Clean Up - June 6
Neighbour Day Market - June 20
PHCC Grand Opening - June 21
Cancelled Play Dates:
Zumbini - April 24
DANCEPL3Y - May 22
Sprog & Sprocket - June 10
Cancelled Programs:
All programs scheduled between now and June 30, 2020.
Cancelled Rentals:
All internal and external facility rentals have been cancelled up to June 30, 2020.

Community Maintenance such as snow removal and litter control will continue during this time of Centre closure.
